Family profile
Under the Montessori philosophy, the method is totally inclusive and suitable for any child, however, it is important to fully understand the scheme, especially if you have been in the traditional system.
Montessori can be for all children, but not for all parents. Not for parents who want their children to be the “best” at everything or who seek competitiveness in every activity, from academics to everyday things. Being part of the Montessori family is a “philosophy of life,” not a school system.
Our history
Montessori's World has experienced significant growth since its humble beginnings in 2006, under the leadership of our Director and founder Cristina Vélez (Montessori Guide and Graduate in Preschool Education). Today, our community is made up of children, families and highly qualified staff who work together to provide a comprehensive, inclusive and personalized education to children from 3 months to 12 years.
Our school is recognized in educational circles as an exemplary Montessori school offering English language instruction. We regularly welcome Montessori trainee teachers and other professionals who come to observe or do their internships. We are incorporated into the SEP and affiliated with the Montessori Association, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and educational excellence.
In short, at Montessori's World, we pride ourselves on being a community that works together to provide an exceptional education and help children reach their full potential in all aspects of their being.
